JOB DETAILS:
A Randstad Operations Manager holds responsibility for monthly P&L review and profit optimization. Through managing onsite staff (Account Managers and/or Branch Assistants), the Operations Manager will ensure the highest possible level of service is delivered to our clients while Randstad¿s standards of performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. The duties of the Operations Manager include, but are not limited to the following:
* Meet and/or exceed financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Analysis of monthly P&L reports and optimization of account profitability.
* Coaching and development of internal Randstad staff
* Establish open lines of communication between client and RIS.
* In conjunction with Area Vice President and account staff, conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Deliver a high level of customer service and training to clients
* Lead process improvement projects and establish operations standards in conjunction with Randstad¿s procedures.
* Maintain regular contact with all decision makers within client company to ensure any potential issues are resolved prior to becoming client complaints.
* Directs and maintains log of Safety programs within the client's facility to ensure facility compliance with OSHA and any other environmental/occupational guidelines
* Performs all tasks per RIS procedures. Administers and complies with company safety regulations and policies.
* Maintains a Randstad ¿house style¿ work space that is clean and organized.
* Promote teamwork and cooperation.
* Any other duties as assigned by Area Vice President.
Successful candidates will have:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or related disciplines preferred.
* Five years of business experience, experience directly related in a High Volume Distribution Center helpful.
* Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
* Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead and implement account management strategies and process improvements.
* Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
* Ability to communicate with all levels of client personnel when delivering a service.
* Demonstrated ability to identify customer¿s needs and to deliver, decline or adjust expectations.
* Ability to provide sound leadership to a team, demonstrate guidance and coaching abilities, and direct team to achieve set objectives
